Looking for a refreshing smoothie idea? Here is a yummy Blueberry Green Smoothie idea rich in protein, dietary fibre, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
- 150 g fresh spinach
- 1 cup water or coconut water
- 1 medium banana, peeled, chopped and frozen
- 1 ½ cups blueberries frozen (can use any frozen berries)
- 1 serve of PURE Whey Protein Concentrate Organic Vanilla
- 1 serve of PURE Blackcurrant Recovery powder.
- Combine all ingredients and blend
- Combine the frozen banana and blueberries in a food processor or blender. Pulse until the fruit are well chopped.
- Add the spinach and PURE Whey Protein Organic Vanilla or PURE Blackcurrant Recovery powder to the ingredients and process until well incorporated.
- With the motor running, pour in the water or coconut water. Puree the mixture until it reaches your desired consistency.
