Blueberry Green Smoothie

Looking for a refreshing smoothie idea? Here is a yummy Blueberry Green Smoothie idea rich in protein, dietary fibre, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. 

 


Ingredients: 

 

Nutri-bullet Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend

 

Blender Method:

  1. Combine the frozen banana and blueberries in a food processor or blender. Pulse until the fruit are well chopped.
  2. Add the spinach and PURE Whey Protein Organic Vanilla or PURE Blackcurrant Recovery powder to the ingredients and process until well incorporated.
  3. With the motor running, pour in the water or coconut water. Puree the mixture until it reaches your desired consistency.
