This quick smoothie is a perfect snack or great pre or post-exercise session option.
Blend:
  • 1 banana (frozen banana will make this extra creamy)
  • 1 cup of milk (or water/ milk alternative)
  • 3 scoops of PURE Whey Protein Concentrate Organic Cacao
