Coconut power smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 heaped teaspoon of rolled oats
  • 1 scoop of PURE Whey Protein Concentrate Organic Vanilla 
  • 2 teaspoons of natural unsweetened yoghurt 
  • 2 teaspoon Chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey 

Add ice and blend. Enjoy 😋
