All orders for delivery within New Zealand are sent by tracked courier service via Castle Parcels or Post Haste. Delivery must be to a physical address - parcels cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, Parcelpods or Private Bags.

Authority to Leave
We strongly recommend that you use a business delivery address to ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel. If no one is present to take delivery, a 'card to call' will be left by the courier and you will need to contact the courier to arrange re-delivery.
You may provide the courier with Authority to Leave (ATL) if no one is present to receive your delivery. If you give permission for the courier to leave your parcel without being signed for, please note this in your order comments at checkout.Risk & Responsibility

You will be provided with a unique courier tracking ID which will provide real time online track & trace of your parcel. We will endeavour to assist with any delivery issues where possible.

Import Duties & Taxes
You are responsible for any additional import duties, taxes and customs clearance to import your parcel into your country. Although this is unusual, please note that customs clearance may cause delays in your parcel being delivered. To ensure quick customs clearance, please provide a contact telephone number on your order.

You will only be provided with a unique courier tracking ID if you select the International Courier option (strongly recommended).
International Air Mail will be delivered by your domestic postal agency, and carries certain risks by not having a signature on delivery. This service is at your own risk, and no refunds will be given for parcels missing, delayed or stolen. We will endeavour to assist with any delivery issues where possible, including providing proof of shipping.
International Courier is tracked and requires a signature for delivery. In the unlikely event that your parcel is not delivered when International Courier is selected, we have a flexible replace or refund policy, on a case by case basis.
